Our Chapter, the Puget Sounders, solicits members from Snohomish, Island, King, Skagit and Whatcom counties in Washington State. While we only solicit members from these counties, the chapter is open to any FMCA member from any county or state that wants to join us.
We meet one weekend a month, usually the second weekend, unless we can work in a four day weekend. Most of our rallies take place in the same 5 county area, although, we do like to go to new and different locations and consequently do go out of the area on occasion. No rallies are held by our chapter in December through March as it is usually too cold, rainy and too many of our members head south for the winter. Puget Sounders is by default, an adult group. (Possibly because no kid would be caught dead with a bunch of old fogies, but children and grandchildren do attend as guests on occasion and are always most welcome.)
We have a good group of members that are friendly and open to new members. The chemistry of the group is outstanding and we have a good
time, which is our primary goal.
